Knots Artistry creates thoughtfully handmade crochet pieces, designed and crafted with care. As our products are handmade, slight variations in colour, size, texture, and finishing may occur. These natural variations are part of the character of handmade products.

We make every effort to display product images, colours, descriptions, sizes, and prices as accurately as possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device or screen settings.
Product availability may change without prior notice.
3. Orders
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation through the contact details provided during checkout.
Knots Artistry reserves the right to cancel an order in exceptional circumstances, including product unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If an order is cancelled after payment has been received, the applicable amount will be refunded.

All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices may be changed at any time without prior notice. The applicable price at the time of placing your order will be considered the final product price.

5. Handmade Products
Each Knots Artistry piece is made with care and may have tiny differences from the product shown in photographs.
Minor variations in:
- yarn texture

- stitch pattern
- dimensions
- finishing
do not necessarily indicate a defect.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped to the address provided during checkout.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, shipping partner, weather, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping partner, delivery-related delays may be outside Knots Artistry's direct control. We will, however, assist you in resolving genuine delivery concerns.
7. Returns & Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return & Refund Policy.
Products must meet the conditions specified in that policy to be eligible for a return or exchange.
For damaged or incorrect products, customers should contact us within the specified period after delivery and provide the required photographs or other information so that we can assist with the resolution.
8. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may only be accepted before an order has been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible.
